Duk Fong LEE, Executive Director

Ms Lee joined the Company in 1984. She has been a Director of the Company since 2003 and became an Executive Director in March 2007. She is also a director of HC Global. Furthermore, Ms Lee is the senior managing director of Circle Square Limited, being wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, as well as a director of certain other subsidiaries of the Company. Ms Lee is responsible for overseeing all of the Group’s investment properties in Hong Kong and the Mainland China, particularly, two core properties of the Group in Hong Kong, and also the Group’s Circle Square developments in Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan and Dalian. She is a graduate of The University of Hong Kong where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Arts (Hon).
