Mr Tsui, FCCA, FCPA, FCMA, FCIS, CGA-Canada, is an Executive Director & Group Chief Financial Officer of  the Company. He joined the Group in 1996 and became director in 1998. He is also a director of HC Global and of certain other subsidiaries of the Company.
